Q: Is there a return policy on a Incog-Neato?

A: We accept returns within 21 days of purchase with a receipt.

Q: If there is a pattern that I want and it is sold out can I special order it?

A: Yes! You can get it special ordered as long as the pattern is still available.

Q: How do you wash and take good care of the Cool Kid Protector?

A: You wash it only in COLD water on gentle cycle and dry on LOW heat remove promptly after drying.

Q: Does the Incog-Neato Protector move around on the bed?

A: No! The Incog-Neato Leak Proof Protector does not move around due to it's weight and it has a non slip backing a rough cotton that keeps it from slipping around on the bed or surface it is put on.

Q: Is it easy to travel with?

A: Yes! It packs very nicely in a bag, it has been designed to fold into three sections along the quilted pattern so if fits great in bags for travel use.

Q: Does the Cool Kid Protector come in more than one size?

A: Yes! It comes in two sizes the sizes are as following:
size 1: 32 inches x 34 inches
size 2: 36 inches x 42 inches

Q: Can the Cool Kid Protector be special ordered in a specific size?

A: Yes! It can be done as a special order you just have to specify the size and the fabric!
